As of March 1st/2011 directory assistance was increased to $1.95 per call.
Please remember if you have a directory assistance number dialed for you, the local telephone company will charge you at a higher rate for this type of call and it will appear on your local telephone company invoice. Save and dial the number yourself!

West Can will waive the "Postage and Handling Fee" when you sign up for emailed invoicing!

Interested in worry free Pre-authorized payment arrangements? West Can offers Pre-authorized Visa or MasterCard and Pre-authorized Chequing.
We also accept mailed in cheques, payments made online or via telephone banking through your financial institution. Most financial institutions accept our invoices excluding the Bank of Nova Scotia.

Calling Cards are no longer offered
Please note that the West Can Calling Card became obsolete as of December 12th/2014. West Can will not be replacing calling cards for either West Can or Venture Elite customers. Please ensure you have made other arrangements when you are traveling.
